Rentgrata and Knock Partner to Combine Two Top Engagement Platforms

Partnership helps managers and renters leverage Rentgrata’s novel prospect-resident bridge alongside Knock’s industry leading tour scheduling

 

CHICAGO, April 15, 2021 – Can we have both? That was the question many management companies asked of Rentgrata and Knock, as they debated how to optimize engagement on their community websites. Each company develops technology, including a website widget, designed to engage prospective renters. However, the two companies offer very different, yet complimentary, experiences.

 

Rentgrata Messenger’s main objective is to connect prospective renters with current residents of apartment communities. Inside the Rentgrata Messenger widget lives a list of the residents who have signed up as the community’s “ambassadors”. The prospect selects a resident and sends them a message asking about their experience at the community.
