We have released a new feature that allows prospective residents to select a tour type when scheduling a tour through Rentgrata's Messenger widget.
They can schedule in-person tours, virtual tours, and any other type of tour that a community offers.
This feature is currently available for Entrata ILS and Hyly integrated communities.
To enable this feature, a community must enable tour types in Entrata or Hyly before they are available on Rentgrata. Once set up in Entrata or Hyly, the tour type option will show up automatically on Rentgrata Messenger.
Setting up tour types in Entrata
According to Entrata, the best way to set up tour types at a community is to have the community reach out to their Entrata support representative. Additionally, more information can be found in Entrata's online help center under the section "Setting Up a Photos & Tours Page (Admin)."
